A mission-driven leader, Basya serves on the board of the Holocaust Remembrance Alliance, and founded the Lamplighter Alliance to elevate voices and ideas that drive cultural and generational impact. She sits on the executive board of the Firefighter Foundation, has led major restoration efforts in Hebron, and launched the Let Our People Go movement in response to the October 7 attacks—supporting hostage families through the Tikvah Hostage Family Forum and the Heartland of Israel initiative
